When I was like 12, my preference in music was rap. Sadly, that stuck with me until I was a freshman in college, when I decided country was where it’s at. Of course, by now, I really enjoy listening to most everything, but my favorite stations on Pandora are Mumford & Sons, Fleetwood Mac and Federico Aubele. A girl’s taste can change.
I’ll never forget the time I was living in Italy and my girlfriend and I actually practiced rapping “Forgot About Dre” on more than one occasion. Melissa, do you remember those times?
The title of this post comes to you because I have a workout for ya, and while it’s a total body work out, there are certainly a number of times when you’re going to “drop it like it’s hot” and by it, I’m referring to your booty.
Here’s the workout:
Complete each set of exercises 3 times through before moving onto the next set. For example, you’ll do 12 squat & presses and 30 seconds of jack squats three times through before moving onto the next set. Choose challenging but manageable weights. I always tell my classes to start heavier, and then drop down when their form starts to suffer and/or their muscles fail.
