This 24-minute total body workout is killer! A must try! Complete all eight exercises, three times through. For the first round, do the exercises for 90 seconds each (I KNOW!!). The second round is 60 seconds and the third round is 30 seconds. Believe me, the third round will feel super short! Remember, as always, these workouts are designed with quality over quantity in mind. I don’t care if you do 50 lunges or 5, so long as you keep your forward knee over your ankle, your abdomen tucked in and your shoulders over your hips.
